Shipra Group is a leading real estate developer with 80 years in business. With a turnover and net-worth of $40mn and $73mn respectively, it also has substantial footprints in the hospitality and entertainment industries.

The Deliverable:

To build the image and position of Shipra as a large, diverse and fast growing Group company bound by a common vision and values.

Our Idea:

This was a project of ‘Reimagining’ the Shipra Group’s story and then delivering the new credentials through a modern, fully responsive CMS driven web portal. The core idea was to position Shipra as a premier real estate development group by building a prominent focus on its achievements - integrated townships, malls, multiplexes, hotels and IT/business parks. At the website level, this was executed by first identifying the brand promise – that one unifying factor which binds together the Group and defines what it stands for as a ‘collective’. The result was a sharp, clean portal design to reflect a Group that’s driven by innovation, smartness and people.

Working with CIQ transformed not only our website design but our overall image as a Group organisation. Their mood board helped us visualise their ideas and allowed us the opportunity to co-create. Most importantly we appreciated their team for really choosing to spend time in first understanding our needs.
