A banker in a past life, I bring an analytical, process-oriented approach to build a strong client service culture at CIQ. Providing ongoing direction with respect to client relationships and cultivating opportunities for business development are some of the things I do.

Here at CIQ, the first commandment of any client projects is communication - establishing open lines and clear directives. My role involves a delicate balancing act, juggling workloads, juggling visions—trying to maintain creative integrity but balance it with the client’s business goals.

Providing strategic direction and leading the CIQ team in delivering consistently high levels of performance is central to my role as Vice President of Operations. A day in my life usually involves coaching, motivating and aligning the team with client insights and tactical plans. As the strongest behind the scenes advisor, you could also call me the ‘Chief Problem Solver’!
