I connect CIQ's creative efforts with our client's needs, from leading the first meeting on a new account to researching media outlets for a campaign. I'm responsible for maintaining relationships and developing strategies. Accountable for all aspects of the delivery of work to our valued clients.
Every day is different for me but for the most part you’ll find me maintaining and growing client relationships, and managing client expectations. Research is an important part of my job because as the Client Servicing Director, I need to become an expert on our client’s industry, understand their landscape, upcoming technologies and market changes to determine how they may influence consumer behavior. I’ll review magazine and newspaper articles for new trends several times a day and always be updated with what our client’s competition is up to.
